The room was spotless and updated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel has good Internet and Wi-Fi. The breakfast was light and splendid. The location is brilliant, really close to shops, restaurants, and temples with plenty of choice.

The location was absolutely perfect: shopping centers and a market were within walking distance. The room was great quality, beds were extremely comfy - I greatly enjoyed the place. The staff was genuinely helpful providing assistance.

There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

The room had magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The coffee & tea making machines and fridges were a huge plus.- The hotel was in an unbeatable and incredible location adjacent to a vast shopping center with all types of shops.

The central location here is definitely a bonus.

The units are magnificent and absolutely gorgeous, they provide the essential toiletries and have enough space for 3 adults, and the staff is perfect.

I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in a room that was spacious and had lots of amenities.

hotel is located within Kyoto Station itself, so it's great for getting around the city and making excursions to the surrounding area. We stayed 4 nights, quality-price ratio is fantastic, compared to other hotels in Japan. room is very spacious, with a very comfortable bathroom with shower and bathtub. breakfasts were great: You could choose between three options: western and Japanese buffet, big dining room and a lot of food options, western half buffet, more select and with a view, Japanese "luxury" as my son named it, that as soon as we discovered it we had to go there for breakfast the rest of the days. In general it is a 100% recommendable hotel.

The swimming pool: you have to pay separately for the access, and it is not cheap. The worst thing is that they don't allow children, only 8-10 am.. We hoped to be able to take a bath in the afternoons and we couldn't do it.

The staff was very polite and arranged taxi tours and other services. The check-in process was efficient.- Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a great bonus.

The hotel services are compressive and helpful for traveller. The hotel locate right above the Kyoto station when render it to have a very advantageous geographical postiion for visitor.

The price is a little bit expensive.
